Because we accept insurance, we can reduce out-of-pocket expenses and still offer high-quality care. You may not have any cost related to your visit with us, depending upon your insurance plan. Most patients pay a small copay per visit, subject to any deductible or coinsurance that your health plan has. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services determines appropriate billing guidelines. These guidelines depend on the length of the visit and the complexity and severity of your diagnosis. For this reason, we need to wait until after the visit for the final determination. We then submit the claim to your insurance company. The charges are calculated based upon pre-negotiated prices with your insurance company. Your insurance company will then determine what amount, if any, is your responsibility per your insurance plan.

I feel incredibly lucky and grateful to have found Dr Mennella. I would recommend her unreservedly to my closest friends and family.
She is straightforward but also kind, caring, respectful and most importantly extremely knowledgable and competent. I have total confidence in her and really appreciate her patient-led approach.
In psychiatry it is important to feel involved and comfortable with your care plan. Definitely the best psychiatrist I have ever seen and a superior standard of care. I never want to go to anyone else!

Be prepared to be treated as a number. Also be prepared for her to throw meds at you that made you feel worse than you did when you started. I felt zero emotion from her.

Not only did she come up with a medication treatment plan that was exactly what I was looking for, she was also very accommodating to the fact that i was dealing with bronchitis when we met. She was very much to the point, open-minded, and helpful. Looking forward to continuing to work with her!
