I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Evolve Psych Care, a private telehealth practice serving patients across Massachusetts.
I provide high-level, personalized psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults, with a holistic focus on accurate diagnosis, thoughtful medication management, and psychotherapy when needed. My style is engaged and solution-focused. I prioritize meaningful progress, not quick fixes, and I’m equally attentive to reducing unnecessary medications as I am to prescribing when it’s needed.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
The first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we review your symptoms, history, and prior treatments to ensure an accurate diagnosis. We also review relevant medical history, take a thoughtful look at any current or past medications, and, when appropriate, order labs as part of a more comprehensive evaluation.
From there, we develop a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management, psychotherapy when appropriate, and clear next steps.
Follow-up visits are focused and goal oriented, monitoring progress, adjusting treatment, and supporting meaningful change. My style is direct, collaborative, and engaged, with patients actively involved in every decision.
