If you’ve been struggling with food, nutrition, or your relationship with your body, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Maybe food has become a source of stress, guilt, or confusion, or you’re trying to manage nutrition challenges alongside mental health concerns. You may feel disconnected from your body, unsure of what to eat, or caught in patterns that make it difficult to enjoy food and feel confident in your choices. Wherever you are in your journey, you deserve support that is compassionate, individualized, and free from judgment. Our work together is focused on helping you heal your relationship with food, rebuild trust in your body, and discover that food can be a positive and nourishing part of your life. With 16 years of experience as a registered dietitian, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, and adults navigating a wide range of nutrition concerns. My experience includes supporting individuals with disordered eating and eating disorders, as well as nutrition-related difficulties that occur alongside mental health conditions. I use an intuitive eating and weight-inclusive approach, recognizing that weight and health are not synonymous. Rather than focusing on weight or rigid rules, we’ll work together to develop a personalized plan that supports your physical and emotional well-being and helps you move toward greater freedom and peace with food. My hope is to build small goals to work towards your bigger goal in an effort to not feel overwhelmed. You deserve to feel confident in your body, trust your hunger and fullness cues, and experience food as something that nourishes—not something to fear or control. I’m here to support you along the way and help you work toward the goals that matter most to you.
