I had a great experience at Family Medicine, NYC. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. My doctor Sarah was very attentive and fully listened to all of my concerns and was very knowledgeable about everything. I will definitely be back to see Sarah!

The medical practice provided excellent service; the staff was all knowledgeable and helpful; and I am happy to recommend them.
I was not pleased that I went into the appt thinking my healthcare provider would cover the appt as in-network with no out-of pocket cost to me except for a minor co-pay.
In retrospect it was naive of me to think a travel vaccination could be anything other than an elective expense; I am frustrated Zoc Doc gave me the impression that this visit and the vax shots were fully covered expense with my health insurance plan as in-network.
