“NP Sarah Tivade is the definition of a caring practitioner and a partner in a patient's health. I've been seeing her for a few years, and I feel confident and comfortable talking to her about anything, and I trust her approach wholeheartedly. She is professional, kind, curious for all the right reasons, and digs for root cause vs. pushing treatments. The office staff are equally lovely and thorough. I've never had any issues scheduling or being seen very soon after checking into the office (Arlington). I can't say enough!”

Sarah graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2019 and a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2022. She previously worked in the Neurotrauma unit at George Washington University Hospital. Sarah is excited to serve the CPC community. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, running and biking around the DC area, and exploring National Parks with her fianc?e.

Wow. Absolutely blown away by how wonderful the doctor and medical professionals are here. I felt comfortable, respected and thoroughly listened to. I love that they seek to understand you and your health as a whole versus other docs I have had that just jumped to conclusions or glazed over my concerns. Made my day to be supported by a team of people who seem like they truly love their jobs.

I had an outstanding experience at the clinic during my recent appointment. Sarah was incredibly attentive to my needs and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything and provided excellent patient education, ensuring I understood all aspects of my care. The clinic staff were also exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. I highly recommend this clinic for their top-notch service and dedicated team. I would definitely return for my healthcare needs.

She pushes a lot of additional appointments and referrals. It's a bit unsettling when you come in for something that you think is simple and suddenly she's recommending a string of different specialists.

Sarah was wonderful, attentive and kind. Didn’t feel like she was rushing me out but actually took time with me! Office is a tad dingy but for the care they provided I’d go to them if they practiced out of a cave!
