“Great experience! I was recently left without a psychiatrist after the last one I had switched practices and I was never told so I was panicking trying to find someone else so I can get my medication refilled. Dr. Tran was so warm and welcoming and helped me no problem! Definitely recommend! ”

Doctor and staff were friendly and welcoming. Office environment feels drab and cold.

I had a TeleMed visit booked for several days as a new patient. I did all my information online so they were well aware of my situation and my medication’s. As I got up early this morning and waited for at least 30 minutes in the virtual weight room, the office called me to tell me that the doctor can’t see me. ? this is unacceptable for patients who need mental help and my time is valuable too. If I had missed the appointment with her, it would’ve cost me money? I do not recommend this practice. They lack communication skills, they’re non-caring, and they should not be working with people that need mental help.
