She made suggestions based on being a good listener; prescribing a plan of action that involves maintain good physical as well as mental stability. I initially made contact to speak with a therapist to gauge my mental state and based on my interaction, with Dr. Sarah, I want to make our sessions routine for healthy mind/body synchronization. Needless to say, I am very pleased.
