Dr. Lehrhoff is a board-certified, out-of-network private psychiatrist, therapist, and master life coach who works collaboratively with patients. With a goal to make each client feel seen, heard, and understood, Dr. Lehrhoff ensures a safe space to move through difficulties. No topic is unwelcome, as she is a trained sex and relationship therapist, holding a Certificate in Sex Therapy from the Council for Relationships. She believes medication is a useful tool but not for everyone or as a stand-alone treatment. Dr. Lehrhoff uses a full systems approach, employing a wide range of treatment modalities to help patients feel their best.
Methods include medication management, therapy, life coaching, meditation, nutritional guidance, functional medicine, supplement and vitamin support, neurotransmitter testing, ADHD testing, school testing, and more.
Clients are provided a safe space to work through challenges and encouraged to use sessions to enhance and maintain peace. Common reasons for appointments include evaluations for mental health issues, medication management for diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, sleep challenges, attention deficit disorders, adjustment disorders, grief, sexual dysfunction, relationship struggles, eating disorders, major life or career changes, stress, and feeling “stuck.”
Dr. Lehrhoff works with individuals age 15 and up. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University School of Medicine, completed her psychiatry residency at Seton Hall University and Trinitas Regional Medical Center, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Patients get a virtual 1 hour and 20 minutes evaluation session with Dr. Lehrhoff, which often includes helpful handouts, worksheets, supplement suggestions and healing possibilities that include both conventional and alternative options. This is a one-of-a kind practice with so much offered during each session. Insurance is not accepted to be able to give patients this kind of time. What is your typical process for working with clients?
We discuss your goals, your journey, what you would like change moving forward and then we create a possibility list. We write up a conventional and alternative treatment plan that works for you and your comfort level. You are supported 100% on what you choose to do for your evolution!

My appointment went very smoothly. Dr. Lehrhoff is an extremely intelligent, compassionate, and genuine human being. She is worth every dollar I paid.
I highly recommend her. She will actually take the time to listen and work with you in a very efficient and adaptable manner. She seems to thoughly enjoy what she does which is improtant. I actually look forward to going back to see her unlike most other doctors I've seen! Overall great experience.

Dr. Lehrhoff's presence alone reflects that she is a true healer with a unique psychiatric style. She put me at ease immediately and her lack of judgement made all the difference for me and my complex issues. I feel that we are working as a team during our sessions as Doctor Lehrhoff has a gift for facilitating at a pace that fits each appointment and/or mood I may be experiencing. She is a very special doctor that has brought me so much awareness, shifting my mind and changing my life for the better.

I have seen numerous psychiatrists over the years but none felt like the right fit until I met Dr. Lehrhoff. Her professionalism, knowledge, calming demeanor and focus on overall wellbeing, not just mental-illness, was a breath of fresh air. I will continue seeing Dr. Lehrhoff fo years to come, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a new psychiatrist and healthier life.
