I believe mental health care should feel supportive, empowering, and human.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My sessions are conversational, supportive, and centered around getting to know you as a whole person — not just a diagnosis. During our first visit, we’ll talk about what brought you in, your symptoms, stressors, mental health history, lifestyle, and goals for treatment. I take time to listen and understand the bigger picture so we can create a plan that feels realistic and personalized to you. I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy during sessions. Follow-up visits focus on checking in, monitoring progress, adjusting treatment when needed, and helping you build healthy coping strategies along the way.
