Most relevant

Doctor reported me as a no show which is not true. I never receive a video link. I call the office several times at my appointment time but no answer. If she didn’t want to service me, she should have cancelled. This is totally unacceptable. If she had an emergency I would have understood but to lie is totally unacceptable. .
