I became a family medicine physician because I value the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and care for them though all stages of life. I believe in providing thoughtful, compassionate care and taking the time to listen so patients feel heard and involved in decisions about their health. I have a special interest in preventive care and women's health, and I enjoy helping patients make realistic, sustainable changes that support their long-term well-being. Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and three children, especially hiking, camping, and exploring the Maine Coast.
