One of the traumas I needed help with was years ago when I signed up for therapy for the first time, that therapist eventually ghosted me for months then contacted me one day and confessed they "completely forgot" about me then proceeded to drop me as a patient without solving ANY of my problems. Now THIS provider never even contacted me on how to join our session even as the appointment time came and passed. So I tried calling the office only to immediately get an automated message saying the call couldn't be completed then hung up on me.
This is the second day in a row I made an appointment with this group only to be stood up by both therapists back to back. I will no longer try to find a provider using this site again. I already had abandonment issues from a therapist in the past, and this site is just reinforcing it instead of helping me with it. 0/10
