What is your typical process for working with clients?
Mrs. Nweke will approach the clients with care and sensitivity.
Dedicate time to explore the difficulties, stressful situations, or emotional upset faced by the client. This initial exploration helps identify the client’s needs and concerns. Help the client see their situation and feelings from a different perspective which can potentially facilitate changes. Establish a relationship based on trust and confidentiality. Clients need to feel safe sharing their experiences and emotions with me. Avoid giving direct advice or judgmental encourages clients to explore their own solutions.

Waited for the appointment. Went in detail with my concerns. She told me she would help me and then changed her mind about prescribing me any medication. She suggested therapy and I explained to her that I've tried that for 6 years and it didn't help. She basically made me wait an hour and then told me she wasn't going to help me?!
