Booked an appointment two days in a row and was not seen for either appointments. I waited in the virtual waiting room for over 30 minutes, each time. My insurance was charged both times and I had to call him to speed the matter(s).? I read the other reviews for doctors on this app and decided to cancel the appointments due to not showing up or charging when they aren’t supposed to.

Don’t waste your time booking this provider. I have booked two appointments with her, and she never showed up for either appointment. In addition, no one answers the office number provided. I don’t believe she is active, so ZocDoc needs to remover her from their platform.
