“This was my first visit with Dr. Love after being with another doctor for 25 years. Dr. Love is soft-spoken, calm, commicates clearly, and listens. His demeanor is comforting. Dr. Love seamlessly transitioned all of my medications and provided a clear roadmap of preventative actions he'd like for me to consider for the year based on my situation. The only slight observation was the initial interaction with the administrator at the front desk. There were some questions that I needed to answer, but a couple I didn't have the immediate answers to. However, my wife did have the necessary answers to those, but the administrator refused to acknowledge the answers from her, despite notifying the office in advance that she can communicate on my behalf as needed. This was a minor negative to which Dr. Love said would be corrected moving forward. Overall, the experience was very good.
