There is NO WAY to reach anyone at the office if there's an issue, say, with a prescription or lack of a prescription being called into the pharmacy. You cannot call a number and reach anyone at the office - you gt a call center. You are forced to leave a message and HOPE someone calls you back, but you cannot - EVER - actually make contact with the office. They KNOW this is a problem - they admitted that it's their number one complaint - and yet, they do NOTHING to fix it. If they don't care about the needs of their patients and the frustrations patients have in trying to reach them, they don't deserve to have patients. We'll take our dermatology needs elsewhere. Where we can actually REACH someone if/when there's an issue. Meds were delayed for over 24 hours for a serious skin condition because they didn't call in the script and we were unable to reach anyone to find out why or get them to follow through and call it into the pharmacy. Shameful!

I didn't have a bad experience, but i only saw the Dr a couple mins and he didn't look at my concerns very closely at all. i figured they would take a closer look with some sort of magnifying instrument. I think the office is too fancy, I'm sure the bill will be way too high for the 5 mins he spent with me... I will honestly go to a different Dr for a second opinion.
