First of all we got lost in LA and was worried we were going to be late for the appointment, I called somebody and they gave us direct instructions on the phone until we get there and even when we were in the basement of USC, then they came down to find us and help us get to where we needed to go,No one ever does this, this is just extremely exceptional and out of the way, this is the way life should be, what a top rated medical school and top rated people who work there at least for the ones we experienced...
