Dr. Sean Donegan was the best doctor I have seen in a very long time. It is apparent that he cares for the patient and it was the first time in a long time that I felt seen and heard by a doctor. I didn’t feel rushed and he addressed any concerns I had with empathy, which is very difficult to find nowadays. I really appreciated his presence and his active listening. He seems like a great person. In the beginning, the front desk was a bit rude due to a misunderstanding (if u cancel your appointment on Zocdoc, they do not know). However, they ended up being phenomenal in their care and support after being seen by the doctor. During the appointment, they informed me about my insurance coverage ahead of time, so I did not need to pay upfront which saved me a lot of stress and the front desk has made sure to follow up with me multiple times for my concerns. I really appreciated their effort and care, it was a really lovely experience overall. Highly recommend.

My experience with Dr. Donegan was fantastic. He's a great listener and clearly cared about understanding my family history, potential areas of concern, and being able to address it in a very thoughtful manner. He clearly cares very deeply about his patients, and making sure he's doing a good job! Was previously at Westmed and it was impossible to schedule appoints and then deal with the pain of separate bloodwork. With Dr. Donegan, everything was very fast and they did blood work on sight. Would highly recommend Dr. Donegan to anyone who's looking for a GP.
