I am board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics, fully qualified to take care of all your medical needs. I earned my Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Dow Medical College, completed my Internal Medicine training at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, and pursued a Fellowship in Geriatrics at Stony Brook University. My mission is to work with you to achieve your health goals.
My practice serves all adults aged 18 and up. Services include comprehensive medical examinations and health physicals; management of chronic health conditions such as blood pressure, diabetes, urinary infections, bronchitis, COPD, and asthma; vaccinations; urgent visits (walk-ins welcome); annual wellness visits; Medicare wellness visits; geriatric assessments and home visits for homebound geriatric patients; in-office laboratory testing; and monthly in-office imaging services.

Dr. Raza is the most amazing Dr. I have ever been to. I have recently switched to Dr. Raza and realized my last doctor was not doing thorough check ups. I am a stroke pateint & I need a lot more attention, which Dr. Raza has provided at an exceptional level.
