We can work together to manage any immediate symptoms such as anxiety and depression, allowing you to process emotions that may have been blocked by these symptoms. My goal is to collaborate with you to identify the factors holding you back. I love listening and engaging with my clients, and I believe we can all benefit from some extra help. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Hunter College, which informs my approach to care. What is your typical process for working with clients?

We can discuss the events or feelings that prevent you from moving forward and allow you to process those feelings. Sometimes feelings of anxiety, depression etc may come in the way of recovery. I can support you with meds until these symptoms ease so you can focus on your healing.
