Getting to know Dr. Seth Rosenblatt
I am a graduate of George Washington University Medical School. I completed my internship in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry and my residency in Adult Psychiatry at George Washington University. I have privileges at several area institutions including Washington Hospital Center and Holy Cross Hospital. I am also the founder of Vive Treatment Centers.
I am a Washington, DC psychiatrist that specializes in the following: Addiction and Substance Use Disorders, Alcohol Use Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, LGBTQ Psychiatry, HIV Psychiatry.
I provide both medication management and psychotherapy. I am an expert in psychopharmacology and have significant experience providing psychotherapy. After a thorough assessment we will determine the best treatment plan.
I generally treat the following conditions: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Schizoaffective Disorder and Bipolar Disorder.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Please do not book a ZocDoc appointment if you intend to cancel. Patients will be billed a no show fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance. The office will contact you after the ZocDoc appointment is scheduled to obtain a credit card on file and complete paperwork and will not be able to be seen until this step occurs.
I provide thorough assessments to determine the best course of treatment. At this time, I do not participate as an in network provider with any insurance companies.
Please do not make an appointment that you do intend to keep. I require a credit card on file to confirm your appointment which will be charged in the case of a no-show.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
The intake assessment will determine what symptoms you are experiencing and how they impact you. I will collect information about your past medical, psychiatric and social history.
Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $375 for 60 minutes
Ongoing session: $225 for 30 minutes

Although I work at various facilities and may show as in-network provider, my private practice is not in network with any insurance panels. I will not be able to accept any bookings utilizing insurance on this platform.
