“I was really impressed with the balance of speed and care that the entire office offered. I was called in within 3 minutes of arriving, got my initial run through with the tech, multiple X-rays taken, met Dr. Bastian he did a physical exam and strength assessment, reviewed my X-rays, did an ultrasound, answered many questions and gave me a referral and I was back in my car in just under 30 minutes. The doc and every single person in his office smiled, asked how I was, and was just really helpful and nice. I would highly recommend! My only slight critique is I have a high-deductible health plan and really didn't think an X-ray was necessary given my medical history, yet it was performed anyway, which I'm sure I'll have to pay for. I wish there was more of a discussion around that. It's not necessarily a reflection of this office as that's pretty standard for most medical groups in the US, unfortunately. But I will definitely be back and have already recommended him to two friends.”
