I combine conventional psychiatric methods with alternative, naturopathic approaches, aiming to address the root causes of mental health challenges and promote long-term well-being. You can expect a compassionate, open-minded environment where your story is valued, and we work together to achieve your goals for mental and emotional balance.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you come onto the practice, you will first be scheduled for a psychological evaluation, which will be 1 hour in duration. During this session, we will discuss your mental health history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. Based on this evaluation, we’ll create a personalized care plan that may include a combination of therapeutic techniques, medication management, and holistic approaches to support your overall well-being. Follow-up appointments will be scheduled as needed to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment.
