About Dr. Sha Zhu

Dr. Sha Zhu is a thorough pediatrician who is affable and reassuring during her consultations with kids and their parents. She is excited to bring her knowledge to Charles B. Wang Community Health Center, located in New York, NY. She treats children in ways that help them relax and cooperate. Dr. Zhu received her medical degree from Soochow University Medical College in China. She was a pediatrician at Suzhou Children's Hospital for 11 years before coming to US. She then completed residency training in pediatrics at Harlem Hospital Center, has practiced pediatrics in US for almost 16 years. She is also certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. A strong advocate of health education, Dr. Zhu strives to impart knowledge to the young about their health and bodily functions, encouraging them to lead healthy lives. She understands the needs of her patients and treats every person with the compassion, respect, and attention they deserve. Our Pediatricians at the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center strongly believe in the effectiveness of vaccines to prevent serious illnesses and to keep children healthy

Very satisfy with today's visit Dr. Zhu doesn't rush patient. If we don't have time to visit the office for a follow up visit, Dr. Zhu will contact me to follow up on my child's condition. She's very good.
