I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing compassionate care for children, teens, and adults in Arizona and Texas. I treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD/trauma, OCD, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and substance use disorders.
I believe mental health care should be personalized, collaborative, and judgment-free. My goal is to help you feel heard, develop a treatment plan that fits your needs, and support you every step of the way toward feeling your best.

I'll take the time to listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your goals. Whether you're seeking help for anxiety, depression, ADHD, or another mental health concern, we'll work together to find the approach that's right for you.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we'll discuss your symptoms, history, and goals. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical coping strategies.
Follow-up visits focus on tracking your progress, making adjustments when needed, and helping you build long-term mental wellness. My goal is for you to leave each appointment feeling supported, informed, and hopeful about your care.
