About Dr. Shadi Tarazi
**Please note: we are a self-pay practice and do not accept insurance. Our rates are $300 for an initial visit and $200 for all follow-up appointments.
Dr. Tarazi is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Nephrology with over 20 years of clinical experience. He did his advanced training in Internal Medicine at the University of Illinois Chicago, followed by a fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Massachusetts. Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Tarazi held academic appointments as Assistant Professor of Medicine at Boston and Tufts University. He is currently an assistant professor of Medicine at FIU and NOVA University. At Wellness & Vein Center, Dr. Tarazi combines his deep medical expertise with a personalized, results-driven approach to wellness, anti-aging, medical and renal health. Every treatment plan is built on clinical evidence and tailored to the individual.
