“My experience was far from great unfortunately . I booked my appointment about 2 weeks ago, did all of the pre-check and was set to go. The day of my appointment, I show up at my scheduled time, (15minutes earlier to be exact) to a dark office with no staff. I scanned the room to find 2 young ladies sitting at check in. I told them who I was and when my appointment was and the confusion set in. They proceeded to tell me that the provider had to leave and cover for someone else! That’s fine no issues. The staff began to tell me that I should have received a call informing me so that I can reschedule. After stating I didn’t receive a call, we verified phone number in which that was correct! The lady then tells me that the person who made the calls didn’t even attempt to reach me and made no notation’s about it either. I wasted my time !!!!! Safe to say I won’t be returning to this practice!”

Unfortunately, I immediately left this office and went to get a second opinion. They did not inquire about current medication or anything that made me feel heard. It is almost like the doctor has a blanket response to these visits and not versed in the specialty of GI. While I understand that an endoscopy and colonoscopy are the means to obtain info on a patients internal problems the very broad response with little acute intervention was troublesome. Hence why I went to get a second opinion and glad I did! I was able to be heard at another facility and they were able to listen to my concerns and expedited scheduling to add me sooner for the outpatient procedure. Unfortunately, time & money was wasted at this site. Overall I would not recommend. The front staff was kind and helpful.

Knowledgeable and friendly office staff. Dr. Mok was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Identified what I needed and had the procedure scheduled before I left the office. Super efficient!
