When we walk into the office the staff is always positive and greets my grandma very politely. They have the best customer service I could ask for. Dr. Misbah has been seeing my grandma for 15 plus years and although she’s moved away from the office I continue to drive to take her there. Dr. Misbah listens and takes the time to talk about my grandma’s issues. She makes the effort to speak Spanish to the best of her ability even if it’s not perfect. I am amazed by her incredible bedside manner and extreme professionalism. I make the drive because she’s wonderful with her patients and cares for their well being. She also has incredible staff.

There is one detail that I wasn’t satisfy. When I came to emergency the nurse couldn’t find my vein and I came out with both my arms all bruised.

The front of office staff were extremely helpful. I had to navigate an insurance hiccup but the office was patient and accomadating. My intake nurse was thorough and kind. Dr.Misbah had great bedside manner and was also extremely thorough in our appointment. I am really impressed with this office and look forward to my next appointment.
