Fantastic reception staff! Explained things clearly, very prompt with instructions, and overall very friendly.
Medical assistants/nurses were also very polite, explained things thoroughly, and were gentle/considerate in procedures/interactions.
The doctor was also very pleasant. Explained things directly, great with questions. I felt well taken care of and am pleased to be with this practice.
I think my only word of advice for anyone becoming a new patient is to call a week or so in advance of your first appointment to confirm. I'm not sure if it was a ZocDoc issue or anything else, but there was some confusion that almost resulted with me losing my appointment. The reception staff worked beautifully with me to resolve, so I cannot fault them at all, but that's just my two cents.

I really like the Doctor and the front of house staff are great. I just did not like having a 9am appointment and showing up on time to then see a walk in come in complain and get seen before me. I waited about 45 minutes after my appointment to get in. And then didn't get seen by the doctor until almost and hour and a half after my apt time.
