About Dr. Shaili Patel
Shaili Patel MD, MPH is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician. She originally grew up in New Jersey, and after completing her residency training at the University of Massachusetts Chan Fitchburg Family Medicine Residency she decided to return home to care for her local community. Dr. Patel completed medical school at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University, and completed a Bachelors of Science from Rutgers University. She is also a public health advocate with a Masters of Public Health degree from Rutgers School of Public Health, with a concentration in epidemiology.
Dr. Patel is fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. In her free time, Dr. Patel enjoys traveling, cooking, watching movies, and mentoring young people. Booked a video call for cough and fever. The doctor who saw me was not whom I had booked an appt with. Although he was nice I told him that I already took the Covid test and the results were negative. He prescribed Covid tests again and just that. But on call he told me that he was going to give me something for the cough.
The doctor was also 45 mins late for the appt. The front desk was rude and vague about when the doctor will be available.

every appointment is actually not appointment.. it is just hope that doctor will be available.. so if appointment is 12pm and you put all other stuff on hold so you can do a video call with doctor, you can be easily waiting for 45 min to 1 hours over booked time. it happened twice already so i will be looking for another primary doctor
