Many of my patients are children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, mood changes, sleep difficulties, ADHD symptoms, eating concerns, or life transitions. Some have struggled for years, while others are seeking help for the first time. They come looking for answers, relief, and a provider who truly listens. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together toward lasting emotional wellness.
