“I think these folks at Thriving Lane are stellar! I am two years out from having my second child and still have anxiety. Feeling much more at ease after a few sessions. I have referred a close friend who had some anxiety after her baby was born and would do so again. ”

I am a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist who provides holistic mental health care. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine, completed my Psychiatry residency at the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, and pursued a Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at New York University. I am trained in various psychotherapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and interpersonal therapy (IPT). I address a wide range of emotional challenges with a special focus on depression, anxiety, career frustrations, life transitions, and difficult periods of adjustment. I have a special interest in working with college and graduate students. I strongly believe in a personalized approach-integrating psychotherapy, medications, and holistic treatment methods such as mindfulness, meditation, nutrition, breathwork, supplements, psychotherapy, and coaching to help you achieve your goals. Medications, when appropriate, are prescribed but are not the main focus of treatment. I strive to help you live your most meaningful life. I believe in the power of integrative and holistic psychiatry and ultimately strive to create an environment that is compassionate and nonjudgmental.
