The medical visit can be hectic, but this facility has a full staff from front desk to medical team. My wait was last than 5 minutes and briefly guided to do the basic procedure. Dr. Xie was very caring and very communicative. She shared all the concerns and follow ups I need to do. The bloodwork was so quick and almost no pain. I really enjoyed my visit here and will continue to come back.

I felt comfortable with asking Dr Xie any of the questions I had and did not feel rushed. She took the time to answer my questions and reminded me of important boosters/vaccinations that I may not have been up-to-date on, and even read through my previous lab results to clarify some things I wasn't certain about. The office staff and nurses are patient and friendly too.

Efficient and informative first annual physical at this provider. Front desk staff, tech and doctor were attentive.
The tech informed me of their Speak Up program to ask questions that mattered to me, and make sure I knew everyone’s names and the treatment being provided if any.
Dr. Xie exuded calm and was very transparent about the trade offs of getting certain tests I was interested in. The only thing I forgot to ask about after I opted to get them was the cost! I’ll need to follow up to confirm.
The staff who took my blood sample and gave my vaccines seemed extra busy that day but still made sure to state clearly what I was receiving, which I appreciated.

The doc is absolutely awesome. 10 out of 10. No complaints what so ever. Will def recommend it anyone who wants a consultation.
The only improvement area is for the support staff (i.e. Nurse) who can improve patient handling wrt drawing blood. It was rough.

Dr. Xie and her staff was great. They are very professional, courteous, and friendly. I only wish there was a big sign or more clear signage of the medical office on the outside and directions to parking since it is a busy area.

This is the second time I have seen this doctor. She has a great bedside manner, and I feel comfortable in her care. Office staff was kind and I was seen quickly. Follow-up instructions were communicated clearly to me and there were no surprise charges or fees.
