About Shana Eve Lukens
Shana Lukens is a board-certified physician assistant who has practiced dermatology since 2017. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from DeSales University in Pennsylvania, graduating magna cum laude and earning repeated honors on the Dean’s List.
Upon graduation, she was immediately recruited by the board-certified dermatologist with whom she completed her elective rotation. Shana has developed broad clinical expertise in both medical and surgical dermatology, along with training alongside numerous board-certified dermatologists and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons, treating conditions ranging from psoriasis and eczema to skin cancers and complex inflammatory disorders.
A Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, Shana is also a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS), the Florida Society of Dermatology PAs (FSDPA), and certified by the NCCPA.
Shana brings a warm, empathetic presence to her practice and believes that meaningful patient relationships and individualized education are essential to achieving lasting skin health.

Everything was great I was in and out way faster than i thought. It took longer to fill out the standard forms in the waiting office then my procedure itself. It barely felt like I was in a doctors office. Everyone was so friendly and my procedure was painless like they said. I wish I was treated this way everywhere I went. 10 outta 10 thank you everyone!

I hate to admit I am more than a little snobby about PA v. MD/DO due to some REALLY bad experiences with overconfident PAs in my past. Snobby to the point I go out of my way to NOT schedule appointments with PAs. Shana Lukens, in one brief interaction, made me reconsider. IF, and that is always a big IF, I were to choose to have a dermatology professional added to my list of providers, again due to some less than acceptable past experiences with dermatology providers, I would like to see if she would accept me as a patient. She absolutely deserves a rating of 12 on a scale of 1 to 10 in my world where the best dermatology providers have gotten maybe a 5. Thanks for the help and pure professionalism.

PA Lukens was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable, listens to your concerns, very attentive in the examination and treatment. Great bed side manner! Would highly recommend her for any patient and their needs. The medical staff and office personnel are also very friendly and communicative. Again, highly recommend!
