I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. He took the time to genuinely listen to each and every one of my concerns and provided active feedback with a clear desire to rectify them all. He also had an extremely calming and reassuring disposition while exhibiting a great deal of empathy and professionalism. I’m usually extremely shy, private and restrained but felt comfortable being examined leaving no stone unturned primarily due to his gentility, warmth, kindness, competence and conduct. The office is also rather responsive and accessible. 100000%%% recommend!

Mike’s experience was unpleasant at this provider because the wait time once placed in an exam room was almost an hour. Anyone pre-programming a taxi should expect that their appointment will last one and a half to two hours even for just evaluation.
