“Shane was absolutely amazing. I cannot praise him enough. 15/10. Ten thumbs way way up. I often feel like doctors aren’t listening or don’t believe me, but Shane was the opposite of that. I’ve started trying to see APRNs or NPs if at all possible because they have real life, bedside experience where doctors don’t. MDs often don’t seem to understand that things don’t always go the way books taught them they should. The best thing about Shane was when he said “I believe you”. Those words are so powerful, and I think women seeking healthcare are often made to feel like they’re just hysterical. Shane didn’t make me feel that way at all. Shane was the best provider I’ve seen in a long time. I’ll be sticking with Shane from now on. Cut the crap, stop playing the games with other doctors and just come to Shane.”

Shane is an awesome provider and a patient advocate! He listened to my concerns and understood where I came from. He explained to me what was going on in terms I could understand. I appreciate the time he took to understand my health. I will be seeing him again in the next few months for my follow-up visit!
P.S The staff at KindlyMD also need a shout out. Just wow! They explained everything so well and got me to the provider very quickly! Great folks!

Shane was extremely attentive to what I had to say about my experience and my pain, and he provided exactly the guidance I needed to get through a tough time. The clinic is clean and relaxing and the staff are so lovely. Highly recommend!
