NH
I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of clinical nursing experience, specializing in the care of adolescents and adults with mild to moderate mental health conditions. I provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that includes both medication management and integrative strategies, actively incorporating psychotherapy into treatment. Committed to reducing stigma and improving access to mental healthcare, I offer telehealth appointments across multiple states. My goal is to support clients in achieving optimal mental health outcomes through personalized, collaborative care. Take the first step toward improved well-being by scheduling an appointment today. *I do not currently prescribe controlled substances via telehealth* In our first session together, here's what you can expect At your first psychiatric appointment, you can expect a **45–60 minute discussion** where the provider takes time to understand you as a whole person rather than rushing into treatment decisions. You’ll share your current concerns, mental health and medical history, symptoms, and past treatments, and your provider will ask questions to clarify how your challenges affect daily life. This visit is collaborative and conversational, helping build trust and begin a personalized care plan that fits your needs. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions My greatest strengths lie in creating a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel heard and empowered to grow. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including CBT and ACT, to provide practical tools that clients can apply in their daily lives. I focus on building self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, and promoting lasting change, while adapting my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. The clients I'm best positioned to serve My ideal client is someone who is actively engaged in therapy, open to feedback, and willing to reflectn their daily lives.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
