“Dr. Shanika was kind, a good listener, humble and covered all the basics and did everything I needed her to do. I am not someone who relies heavily on medical support, as I prefer a more naturopathic level of support, so for what my needs are, she got the job done well and I am grateful. Office was clean and staff was friendly and kind. It was a very long wait, however, but that’s not surprising as the last vist at the end of the day. ”

The appointment was rescheduled with enough notice and Dr. Mckenzie was able to call me for the telehealth appointment when I was having difficulty using a video call app on my phone or computer.
She was prompt, professional, on time, and focused on resolving the health issue at hand. She understood the scope of my medical condition and concerns, and sent my thyroid prescription to the pharmacy nearby that delivered it to my home, and sent a lab referral to a local lab for me to call and schedule a thyroid TSH test.
I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Dr. Mckenzie and would schedule with her again in the future.

I am very happy to say that I have found my primary doctor here. The office was organized and connected with me before my appointment, staff was super courteous and helpful, Dr. Mckenzie gave me all the time I needed to discuss any concerns, gave me great referrals for specialists and was thorough in making sure everything was checked off the list covering an annual physical.

I went for a pre-op appointment to get clearance for a minor knee surgery. She was very nice, ordered the necessary tests plus a few others that made sense for my age for routine health maintenance (like cholesterol, thyroid, etc). She communicated with me promptly about the results and promptly sent the forms requested by my surgeon to the office. I appreciated her professionalism and her bedside manner and will gladly return for other visits.

This was my first time visiting this provider, and she did a thorough physical exam, and was a great listener of my concerns. She was very professional and able to answer my questions. She provided me with choices in regards to my care. I will continue care with her in the future. I like that they have Epic and my records translated over.
