I’m dedicated to helping you improve your quality of life and become the best version of yourself. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve found success by 1) truly listening, 2) showing genuine empathy, and 3) offering personalized, evidence-based tools that align with each individual’s needs.
My specialties include depression, anxiety, addiction, bipolar disorder, trauma, eating disorders, and ADHD. I hold a master’s degree from UCLA, where I developed a deep commitment to evidence-based practice and the highest standard of care. I’m dual-certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. This background gives me a unique ability to treat the whole person—mind and body.
I take a collaborative, individualized approach to care, working closely with each patient to create a treatment plan that makes sense for them. My passion for healing is reflected in every aspect of my work, and I look forward to providing you with compassionate, high-quality care.

I have been a patient here for over two years, and ive never felt the need to look anywhere else for psychiatry. My Dr. is extremely sweet and patient with me. I feel like they listen and genuinely care about my recovery. I have not relapsed once since ive been following my psychiatrists instruction. And i dont feel pressured to overmedicate which i appreciate so much.
