I feel that I am treated with respect and with autonomy. My concerns are listened to, and the team goes out of their way to follow up with me regarding plans of care and therapy. My experience has been fantastic.
Unfortunately I was unable to be seen by Shannon because her office wasn't aware of my appointment. The front desk person was polite but was kinda rushing and said Shannon's assistant was supposed to reach out to me before my appointment but they never did. The receptionist then said they'd reach out to me that day with more appointment times but I never received an email or phone call.

Shannon is consistently empathetic and kind with all of my needs. Her staff also check in regularly and have the same kindness with every interaction. As someone who's struggled to find good mental health professionals in my journey, I am so relieved to know that part of my care team always has my back and is always available to hear me out and offer great solutions.
