With experience in obstetric nursing, concierge primary care, and nursing education, I look beyond symptoms to understand you as a whole person. Together, we will create a practical, personalized treatment plan that reflects your needs, preferences, and goals, and feels manageable in your everyday life.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Your first appointment at NeuPath Mind Wellness is an opportunity for me to get to know you and understand what you have been experiencing. We will talk about your current concerns, health and psychiatric history, medications, sleep, daily life, relationships, stressors, substance use, and treatment goals. When helpful, we may also review laboratory results, medical conditions, or information from other members of your healthcare team.
After the evaluation, I will share my clinical impressions in clear, understandable language and walk you through your treatment options. Your personalized plan may include medication, psychotherapy, lifestyle recommendations, laboratory monitoring, or coordination with other healthcare professionals. If medication is part of your plan, we will use follow-up visits to discuss how you are feeling, evaluate its benefits, address any side effects or concerns, and make decisions about adjustments together.
