What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first step towards achieving optimum mental health is an initial evaluation, which typically last 40-60 minutes. During this comprehensive appointment, Shannon will conduct thorough mental health assessments, provide psycho-education regarding symptoms and diagnosis, and prepare an individualized treatment plan. Shannon believes in creating an individualized plan of care that values patient involvement and evidence-based practice with a relaxed, authentic, and non-judgmental approach to mental healthcare.
