What should a new client know about working with you?

I understand the deep connection between emotional, behavioral, and physical health. My goal is to develop a treatment plan that is client-centered, culturally sensitive, and tailored to your unique needs and comfort level—whether that involves medication, therapy, or a combination of both. I’m passionate about working with youth and adults ages 11 to 65, helping them achieve their best mental health and live life to the fullest. You can expect a supportive, collaborative environment where your concerns are heard and your goals take priority.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy in a friendly telehealth outpatient setting. I am currently accepting new patients and am here to provide the extra support you need during challenging times. Reaching out for help is one of the most loving decisions you can make for yourself, and I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to better mental health. Overview of Expectations: Initial Psychiatric Comprehensive Evaluation During your first visit, we’ll discuss your current symptoms, medical history, social and family background, and other relevant factors. This thorough evaluation helps us create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your mental health needs. Follow-Up Visits Depending on your needs, follow-up visits are typically scheduled every 1 to 4 weeks. These sessions allow us to monitor your progress, address any side effects or concerns, and adjust your treatment plan or medications as necessary. Ongoing Communication and Support Between appointments, I provide supportive care to address any questions or concerns that may arise. My goal is to ensure you feel supported every step of the way. It’s an honor to work alongside you, helping to lighten your load and brighten your life—one step at a time. I’m excited to get to know you and support your journey toward emotional well-being.
