What should a new client know about working with you?

I do 75 minute intakes to ensure that we paint a complete, holistic picture of what you are experiencing. For follow-ups, you have the option of either 30,45 or 60 minute follow-ups.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

For an initial intake, we spend a lot of time assessing your current psychiatric state. We provide holistic care and explore the following during your intake: diet, amount of physical activity, sleep habits, trauma hx, childhood, current psychiatric symptoms, past psychiatric symptoms, medication history and goals for treatment.
