About Shannon Trinh

Shannon became an RD after being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition as an adolescent. The RDs on Shannon's care team ultimately led her to a career in nutrition. She earned her Bachelor's in Dietetics and Nutrition from Texas Woman's University. Not only does Shannon have personal experience navigating the world of nutrition in her own health journey, but she also has a clinical background helping those with cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, and more manage their acute conditions. She now sees clients in an outpatient counseling setting and is passionate about working with those with concerns related to diabetes, GI conditions, and women's health. When working with Shannon, you can expect a blend of science-based solutions as well as mindful and intuitive eating techniques to help you feel like you again!
