“I was in the market for basically any doctor that took my insurance and could see me on short notice, found Epic Health and scheduled online. I was a bit of a mess because I had been experiencing an anxiety attack for 5 days straight and couldn’t sleep or eat. Everyone in the office was so kind and Dr. Shannon had my new prescriptions at my pharmacy before I left the office. Just went in for my follow up and to get my test results and again, everyone was extremely kind and helpful and Dr. Shannon set my mind at ease, re-filled my prescription, set me up with a follow up appointment and I was on my way! Can’t recommend her enough for helping me get my life back!”

Shannon Webster is a Lead PA-C with extensive Internal Medicine and Pediatrics training. She has been with EPIC Health for over 15 years and is devoted to improving healthcare and health outcomes for her patients. She has a passion for women's health, ADHD neurodiversity, and the role of food and nutrition in the health process.
She earned her B.S. and M.S. at Central Michigan University while competing in Cross Country and Track and Field. She completed her M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies at Wayne State University and earned her Doctor of Medical Science at the University of Lynchburg.
In her free time, Shannon devotes herself to her family and enjoys competitive running.

The office was super clean and everyone that I saw was incredibly informative, kind and helpful. Blood draw was one of the smoothest I’ve ever had and all of my concerns and questions were addressed. Follow ups were scheduled before I left as well as any necessary additional tests. I will be returning for sure!

I booked this appointment for the purpose of getting a mole looked at. This was not supposed to be a physical, only a simple assessment. I have already had a physical this year with epic and another one was not necessary. I had to request the doctor to come back in to look at the mole.
