About Dr. Shantai Mancuso
Dr. Shantai Watson is a second-generation, dual national board-certified Chiropractor. She graduated with Cum Laude honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic West, and with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with distinction from the University of Alberta. During her time in chiropractic school, she served as the Student President of the American Chiropractic Association Sports Council, and received accolades such as the Virgil Strang Philosophy Award for “distinctive accomplishment and contributions to the philosophical principles of chiropractic”, and being inducted into the Pi Tau Delta Chiropractic Honors Society. Dr. Shantai is Webster Certified, has taken Spinning Babies training, and has extensive training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and ACA in pediatric, prenatal, postpartum, and sports chiropractic.
Growing up in Edmonton, Canada, Dr. Shantai’s love for sports began at 3 yrs old when she clicked into her first pair of skis. As she began competing internationally as a FIS ski racer, having Chiropractors as parents meant she got to experience the amazing boost to the performance that athletes can achieve through chiropractic care. This “boost” became especially apparent after a major injury where she broke both of her legs at once, dislocated her left knee, and required 13 surgeries to stabilize it. Although she was told she may not ever run or ski again, 3 years later, she got to strap her skis back on. That was one of the best days of her life, and why she’s so passionate about the power of chiropractic.
Dr. Shantai practices what she preaches and lives an active lifestyle involving cycling, running, yoga, hiking, weight lifting, and skiing. Dr. Shantai also loves to travel – she has visited 35 countries and most recently completed a 600-mile bike-packing trip in Australia with Dr. Mat. A bucket list item is to visit all 7 continents. She only has Antarctica left, but it might be a little too chilly!

I'm so happy I found this facility!
I had some not so great experiences at 2 or 3 different chiropractors years ago and became very skeptical - but Dr Mancuso made me feel heard and I truly felt like I got the care I needed vs just a typical adjustment
She focused on the spot causing me pain and made sure she took time to alleviate the part that was most painful in my back.

By far the most thorough chiropractor I’ve been to. This is my first time trying dry needling. I’ve had chronic muscle pain for seven years now. I’m impressed how much better I felt after just my first therapy, I know it have a long road ahead but I will definitely be making more appointments.

My first time getting an adjustment with Shantai and she was very kind and informative. I would recommend her. I was experiencing a little bit of pain for driving the Tractor all Summer and she helped to ease that pain. She was courteous and professional. I’m happy to have found her and again would recommend her to anyone looking for a good chiropractor.
