She never used the name brand for drugs so when she said 'I'm prescribing you Escitalopram' I didn't have an opinion. If she said 'I'm prescribing you Lexapro' I could have told her 'I lose my s--- when I take lexapro.' She never asked if I had taken 'lexapro.' She asked if I'd taken 'escitalopram'. I've tried 6 different antidepressants. I don't think she knows which ones I've taken. She never asked about drugs in non-scientific English. I specifically told her I'm not good with the scientific names.
She never wrote on her profile that she cannot prescribe stimulants without a drug test first. I've been taking Vyvanse for 9 years and the policy of whoever she works for prevents her from prescribing it to me unless I pass a drug test.
I haven't functioned without this drug since 2019 and my life's collapsing actively underneath me. Her plan was to tell me to wait weeks when she should've referred me to someone else. I'm a wreck and need immediate intervention.
Extremely displeased.
