Sharion is a wonderful therapist, she is on time, unlike me, and is extremely patient. She is also exceedingly insightful and knows how to calm me down and counter my anxieties in a kind and patient manner. I would truly recommend him to anybody.

My initial appointment with Sharion didn’t even last 10 minutes. She came in very aloof and didn’t bother with any pleasantries that I kind of expected for an introductory visit. As we proceeded, she became increasingly antagonistic when I told her I had a hard time opening up right away and usually benefit from some prompting. I ended up telling her I didn’t feel very comfortable to which she responded that if we aren’t a good match, I could request another therapist. Which is what I did. I understand that her straightforward approach might work for some people but it absolutely did not for me and only served to make me even more upset and anxious about therapy.
