What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me is a collaborative partnership. I'm dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can understand your unique story and work together toward your goals. I specialize in child, adolescent, and young adult psychiatry, offering an integrative approach that includes both therapy and thoughtful medication management when needed. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and attachment-based approaches, and tailor my approach to your specific needs. I emphasize therapy as the primary path to building lasting skills and view medication as a supportive tool best used strategically and thoughtfully.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our process usually begins with a complimentary 15-minute introductory call to ensure my practice is a good fit. If we decide to move forward, you'll complete confidential intake forms online. Our first full session is a comprehensive 90-minute evaluation where we'll discuss your history, concerns, and goals in depth. From there, we'll collaboratively develop a treatment plan, which may include therapy, medication management, or both, and schedule regular follow-up sessions (typically 30 or 60 minutes).
